all you do is create a solid, put a circle mask around it, and then put a small triangle mask for the mouth, then keyframe the triangle mask shape to make it open and close.

yah i know the chomp thing has abd. it was when i first got AE and i just wanted to make something with it, and that was the first thing that came to mind.
