All I did was compressed it in "Compressor" with H.264 800Kbs streaming, then I adjust the video data rate to auto, and put the quality all the way up. I export always at 640x360 when I do web stuff too...Hope that Helps

for some reason i think you got really good quality on this, how did you compress before you uploaded?

i love canons hi def look. just not as saturated generally in the colors compared to the hvx. or something i dunno. so good though
